While there is no definitive answer as to why Stonehenge was built.   Indeed it is widely believed to have had some kind of religious or ceremonial significance to the people who built it. Some theories suggest that it was used for astronomical observation. Our Sun

The incredible and awe-inspiring sun.  Our bright and fiery celestial body that illuminates and warms our planet, is actually a star!  Yes, you heard it right, a star!

This fact is absolutely astounding and mind-boggling, especially when we consider the immense size and power of our sun compared to the other stars in our galaxy.

It’s truly remarkable to think that the blazing orb we see every day is just one of the hundreds of billions of stars in the vast universe.  Yet, it’s the only star that sustains the fragile ecosystems on earth and enables life to thrive.

We owe so much to this remarkable star! Consequently without its unwavering presence and life-giving energy, our world would be a very different place indeed.

The sun is simply incredible!
