When you place an order with us, our system will randomly assign you the perfect star, so we are not able to choose a star at specific coordinates to be assigned to any orders.

We are a completely independent star registry which accepts registrations, separate from other registries for internationally recognised bodies, such as NASA, or IAU.

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase. We are able to accept returns only if the product is faulty, damaged or there has been an error on our behalf. This is due to the personalised nature of our products. Once produced we incur costs and therefore we cannot simply return them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
